1) We know that seasonal rains occur due to monsoons
2) however any rain is caused by low pressure
3) when there is no rainfall in an expected time (like monsoons in India during June), what if we artificially create a cyclone for a continued period of time
4) monitor the onset of monsoon and once we can forecast true onset, we can stop the experiment of artificial low pressure
How to create artificial cyclone is now a challenge. Let me post later when I get some real information on this.
